Spacious 3BR Retreat Family-Friendly Stay, Al Reem

Blitzsaubere, moderne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht und super Betreuung Positive: Die Unterkunft war insgesamt wirklich toll – alles war blitzblank sauber und ganz neu. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und von den oberen Stockwerken aus hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gästebetreuer! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter! Negative: Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass wir unsere Wäsche nur schwer trocknen konnten, da es keinen richtigen Balkon gibt – sie brauchte daher ziemlich lange zum Trocknen.

Comfortable Apartment, but check-in instructions need to be better Positive: 1) Apartment was clean and in good shape since the building is brand new. 2) Good view from the apartment on the 27th floor. 3) AC and TV work well. Comfortable apartment overall. Negative: 1) Check-in process and parking experience was a disaster. It took us over an hour to find the right building as the parking garage is shared with 4 buildings with no signage or instructions anywhere. The staff requires additional training and need to visit the property to understand how difficult the check-in process is. 2) There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Some complimentary water, tea or coffee would have been nice. 3) the bathroom in the bedroom has a very strong smell in the drain.
